Is high volatile oil fennel tea right for your IBS symptoms?

Find out!

I get a lot of questions from folks about whether peppermint or fennel is a better fit for their IBS.

The answer? It depends!

Using a high volatile oil medicinal tea is one of the fastest and easiest ways to stop IBS flares quickly.

And you can key the tea to your specific symptoms.

Today it’s all about fennel.

Fennel tummy tea is the best fit for quick relief of IBS bloating and gas.

It’s also great for relaxing gut spasms.

Fennel is naturally a carminative - an agent that prevents the formation and helps the expulsion of gas in the gastrointestinal tract.

The primary volatile oils in fennel are anethole, fenchone, and estragole. Anethole in particular has a chemical structure similar to dopamine, a chemical that is naturally present in the body. Dopamine is known to have a relaxing effect on the intestines.

Bonus?

Fennel is really helpful for upper GI issues as well - heartburn, reflux, GERD, burping, belching, indigestion.

Drink a very strong brew on a full or empty stomach, whenever you need quick help.

All the details are in the video above so find out if fennel is the perfect fit for you! (Or not.)
