IBS quick tip. When baking for IBS...
There's an easy way to lower the fat content....
If you’re baking a quick bread (banana bread, zucchini bread, etc.), brownies, cupcakes, layer cakes, or anything like this, there’s a fast and easy way to lower the fat content.
Just replace 1/3 to 1/2 of the oil called for with unsweetened applesauce.
This will keep your baked goods moist and tender without the high fat content that is an IBS trigger.
