To manage IBS, you want a diet that is low fat but not fat free.
Make your fat choices heart-healthy options - olive oil, flax oil, avocado, nut butters, fatty fish like tuna and salmon.
But minimize the total fat calorie intake to 25% of your diet, at most.
Why is this critical?
Because all fats - even heart-healthy ones - are powerful GI stimulants that will cause your gastrocolic reflex to over-react and set off IBS symptoms.
Always read prepared food labels to check that fat content and at restaurants, ask.

I usually have a good base of soluble fiber for breakfast, such as sourdough bread. This sets me up for the day with fats. I cook a lot with olive oil and butter and never have a problem with those fats. And I try to cook with those for dinner, after being careful all day. It works for me.
iget attack every time I eat almond butter dont understand why and it is one of my favorits. Any other suggestions?
